    Payment 
    The customer has to choose the form of payment specified in the Payment tab 
    Shipping prices are specified in the price list of delivery. 
    The condition for release of the goods is the payment for goods and shipping. 


    Shipment 
    Ordered products shipped via mail-order companies (eg. The Polish Post or courier). 
    If paying by credit card, the term of the contract is counted from the moment of positive transaction authorization. 
    In the case of transfer payments, shipping date is calculated from the date of the due amount in the bank account Store. 


    Complaints 
    In case of the defects of the products or non-conformity client should return the defective goods to the store with a description of the defects, at his/her own expense by registered mail to the following address: PapayaLove, Tulipanów 38, 05-500 Piaseczno, with a note: "Complaint". Customer will receive response to the complaint within 14 working days of receipt of the letter-post store containing defective goods. In case of non-compliance verification requires an expert's opinion, the deadline is extended to take into account complaints by the time the store to obtain such an opinion. 
    In the case of positive response to a complaint submitted by post shop will send you a full-fledged product (repaired or new) within 14 days, and if this proves impossible, it will return the full amount paid for the goods with shipping costs. 
    When the implementation of a justified complaint involves sending the customer a new product or remedying the defects, supply costs borne Shop. 
    The shop has the right to refuse to accept the return of goods to the repayment of the damaged goods or goods delivered to the store deficient, bearing traces of use. 
    In the case of a negative complaint, the goods will be sent together with an opinion on the refusal of the complaint. Shipping costs in this case are non-refundable. 
    The customer upon delivery of the product is required to check their condition and any mechanical products and / or shipping during transportation should be submitted in writing in the presence of the person delivering the product. 
    We do not accept COD deliveries. 


    Right of withdrawal 
    The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract. 
    The right of withdrawal is effective if the customer makes a Store within 14 days of receipt of goods, a statement of withdrawal. 
    The customer returns the product to the store within 14 days of notice of cancellation. Returned goods should be intact, including should be complete, in the factory packaging, no signs of use. Shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. 
    Within 3 working days from the receipt of shipment, store checks the status of the returned product. 
    Within 7 days of checking the goods, store returns Customer the amount paid, less the cost of the contract. The customer should indicate the bank account number to which you want to return the amount transferred. In the case of credit card payments will be made refund to the card. 
    In the event of a breach by the Customer conditions set out in paragraphs 2 and 3 above statement of withdrawal from the contract is invalid, the goods will not be refunded, and the store does not return to the Customer the amount paid. 
    The shop has the right to refuse to accept the return of goods to the repayment of the damaged goods or goods delivered to the store deficient, bearing traces of use. 
    The customer has the right to exchange the product for another. Returning the goods takes place at the expense of the customer, the shop will send the replacement product at your expense.
